7digital What we said: Following recent collaborations with De La Soul, Flume and Kaytranada, plus the Grammy nomination they received for 2014 LP Nabuma Rubberband, Little Dragon’s stock has never been higher. However, it doesn’t necessarily follow that writing the follow-up was plain-sailing; as frontwoman Yukimi Nagano freely admits, “The making of this album has been a struggle.” And yet, while Season High is undeniably a more subdued set than its a predecessor, there’s no residual evidence of any creative tussle. On the contrary, Gothenburg's finest have delivered a cohesive set of slick, inventive electro-pop.
